Re; the previous negative review, this is a Body Scrub, never meant to be used on the face! It is certainly the best body scrub I have used.( I love the Fresh face scrub as well.) Gentle enough to be used daily (on wet skin,) I use it only 2-3 times per week, and that seems to be enough to exfoliate. I haven't tried it in the dry winter months yet, so I may have to up the usage. While I don't find it greasy, it does leave a moisturizing sheen, so I wouldn't wear a silky fabric right away. Beautiful scent!

This product is the absolute worst! Unrivaled? I think not! I bought this scrub (for the ridiculous price, and I am not one who's shy about spending money) after hearing all the rave reviews about it. You'd think that this scrub has diamonds in it from the way fans described it. I used it and the brown sugar feels like it's exfoliating well, but it leaves this disgusting greasy film on your body that does NOT go away. My body wash did not lather over this rotten-lemon scented (and I love citrus smells; my body wash is Bliss Lemon and Sage soapy sap) grease and it even smeared all over my new towels. My skin never felt like it was dry once my shower was over, no matter what I did, and the buttery film didn't go away, even ruining my designer jeans. I was not "glowing", I felt grimy. How can this be a hit product? There was still dead skin that hadn't been exfoliated! Take my advice and use the Hot salt scrub by Bliss. This scrub is consumer fraud.

Comments about Fresh Brown Sugar Body Polish, 14.1 oz:
I can't say enough. The price is quite a bit more than I would normally spend, but a friend sent me a sample from Neimans and that was all she wrote! Now I'm hooked, I can't help myself! The smell is so intoxicating, it leaves my skin so smooth and soft, moisturized to the max! This is not a "soap", so if you're wanting something to give you a "squeaky clean" feeling, then this isn't the product for you, and I recommend reading the description completely before purchasing. If you love a citrus/lemon smell and have dry skin, this is a MUST to try, at least once! We don't hesitate to spend this on a cute pair of shoes but not for our skin that we wear every day? You know you want to, and you're worth it...give it a try, I believe you'll be glad you did! But then possibly sad afterward, at the realization of financial up-keep! But it's SO worth it!!!
Comments about Fresh Brown Sugar Body Polish, 14.1 oz:
This scrub is beautifully scented and made my skin feel delicious. I've used many high-end products, and this is the most luxurious feeling scrub yet!
Comments about Fresh Brown Sugar Body Polish, 14.1 oz:
I just used this for the first time tonight, and it is worth the price. The jar is a decent size, so I think I'll get quite a few applications out of it. My skin is very smooth. The scent while using it is heavenly, but very little scent remains on my skin - and I like that. The sugar crystals felt very soothing and not abrasive at all. One downside: the floor of the tub was oily after. Overall: very luxurious and decadent.
Comments about Fresh Brown Sugar Body Polish, 14.1 oz:
I've used this product for years and I always come back to it, it's great for the winter months when my skin is super dry and hydrates like nothing Ive ever felt. I know this because I have eczema and have tried a lot of products and this seems to be the only thing that really works. As for the large sugar crystals that some people complain about, all you need to do is rub them in until they melt into your skin, leaving it incredibly soft and scented with an irresistible lemon fragrance (never "spicy" or "rotten" like other customer reviews have said). I think that a product with as many great reviews as this deserves a chance to be tried. The label doesn't read Bliss Labs or philosophy for 2 very important reasons, because it actually has high-end, quality ingredients and does what it actually says it's going to do.

Comments about Fresh Brown Sugar Body Polish, 14.1 oz:
This stuff smells really great, like gingerbread spices and lemon, but it's oily and messy. The sugar crystals are a little bit too large so they fall off of your skin when you rub them. If they were slightly smaller they would do a better job exfoliating. This product is way overpriced and not as high-end as you would expect for the price. Philosophy gingerbread man smells very good with good sized crystals, and is a value compared to this product.
Comments about Fresh Brown Sugar Body Polish, 14.1 oz:
I am addicted! I purchased this based on rave reviews read here, and I was not disappointed. As a mother of 4 young children, a shower has never been anything more that another thing to rush through each day...now that I have the Fresh Brown sugar scrub I look forward to my showers and love how I feel when I start my day. This stuff will make your skin silky and soft. Mine has always been quite dry and I can't believe the difference. The biggest drawback is the price, but as I said, I'm addicted!
Comments about Fresh Brown Sugar Body Polish, 14.1 oz:
Yeah, it's expensive, but I LOVE this stuff. I received it as a gift and then was hooked. The scent is heaven, and it does a great job of exfoliating without irritating. I have really dry skin and this product moisturizes well...I suppose if you didn't have dry skin you would find it greasy, but my skin drinks it up.
Comments about Fresh Brown Sugar Body Polish, 14.1 oz:
This product is way overpriced. I purchased it several months ago and have used it several times. It leaves the skin feeling greasy and it also is messy to use. I'm not happy with it at all.
Comments about Fresh Brown Sugar Body Polish, 14.1 oz:
I am not impressed with this scrub. It's just not that great. The oil is moisturizing and that's nice. However, for the price it is just not worth it. Those people at Fresh are rogues! For less than half the price, philosophy's gingerbread man does a better job. Plus, you get more scrub in the container and it smells better.
