I adore the fresh sweet lemon scent. It reminds me of childhood summers. This doesn't remind me of lemon household cleaner, but I can see how some would make that association. It's definitely not a PineSol kind of lemon, though,(to me), because it's tart and sweet, but not sharp. If you're old enough to remember Lemon Up shampoo, or Love's Fresh Lemon fragrance, Sugar Lemon has that kind of bright lemon scent. It's lemon juice, lemon blossom, a little sugar, and a little fresh air. This wash is extremely gentle, it softens my skin, and it lasts a long time. It cheers me up on gloomy mornings. If lemon is a pick-me-up for you (like me), you may adore this wash.

I love most of the Fresh products that I've tried and would buy many of them again and again (the Sugar Shea butter for instance), but this is not worth the money. Though it is a nice shower gel, it smells like Joy dishwashing liquid (not what I was hoping for), and it is not any more moisturizing or soothing than Softsoap or Dial shower gel. In all, it is not bad, but it is not on par with the many fine Fresh products I've tried. If it smelled better I think I would have a dramatically different opinion, as Fresh scents are usually very unique and make you want more. Oh, well.

I used Caress Body Wash for years, as it's pleasant, lathery, and great for shaving. Stumbling upon Fresh Sugar Lemon was like an epiphany. I'm not normally one for strong fruity smells, but this is so invigorating in the morning shower, and just as lathery for shaving. I cannot say enough good things about how wonderful it is to shower with this. I've also used it in the bath as a substitute for bubbles. I usually stick to drugstore brands on a budget, but this was worth the splurge.

I REALLY LOVE THIS SHOWER GEL IT SMELLS SOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD AND I AM VERY VERY PICKY, IT IS PRICEY AND A SMALL BOTTLE BUT IT IS WORTH IT 100%!! I DONT THINK I GAVE ANYTHING ON THIS SITE A PERFECT RATING, I WOULD STAND IN THE SHOWER AND JUST SMELL THE BOTTLE OVER AND OVER!! LOL

I like this shower gel. It is quite mild but leaves my body feeling CLEAN & FRESH. The light scent is good, too. I wish they provide a better pouring cap.

This smells like dishwashing liquid. I really love all the other Fresh products I've tried, but just can't get over the smell of this stuff. It smells cheap and it doesn't get any better later on in the day. The Fresh Sugar Shea Butter smells like yummy, sweet lemons, and it's too bad that the lemon lotion and shower gel don't smell like it.
