I was looking for a replacement for the old Fekkai gel which worked wonderfully and left my hair shiny, soft, and held curls. Unfortunately it is no longer made. I tried several different brands including this newer Fekkai gel. My hair became extremely dry and frizzy and feels and looks awful. Worst Fekkai product I have used and I love most others, PLEASE bring back the old gel!

I'm a regular user of their old discontinued gel, which I've been extremely happy with. Unfortunately, that's getting increasingly hard to find even if you're willing to pay a premium. I've tried this new version a few times, but I really don't care for it at all.

I have thick, curly, above the shoulder length hair, and this product did nothing to control my curl, or hold my style in place. I like to try different products because you never know when something you love will be discontinued...well, this is not on the "loved it" list. It was as if I had put nothing in my hair...not a good thing in the New England summer heat and humidity!
