I have chronic heel pain, and have tried lots of products to relieve it, including "gel" products made by other companies and the Killer Kushionz made by the same company. I like the Haute Heels because they're so small and are just for the heel- I can't even tell that they're in my shoes, but my heels don't hurt as much. The Killer Kushionz are also very comfortable, but thicker, and cover the whole sole, so I "feel" them in my shoes. The Haute Heels work great, because I wear backless shoes a lot, and these can't be seen.

Not worth the purchase. I could tell no difference when wearing my shoes. The Killer Kushionz are much better, and worth buying.
