I have a pair of Nike sporty ballet flats that came with zero arch support built in. A regular arch support insert was too bulky, and I couldn't change out the entire insole since it was welded in. I thought these would do the trick. These little stick-on foam arch supports are made out of the same material as the other Foot Petals pads but are quite thick in the middle to give the arch lift. You just place them inside the shoe where your natural arch occurs. They stick really well and give firm support, but almost TOO much arch support. My main complaint is that the edges of the pad end abruptly rather than tapering gently, so they don't blend in and feel like 'one' with your shoe.....you're constantly aware that you have a separate pillow-pad under your arch. Longer, more gently tapered edges would be big improvement.
