I thought this product was supposed to help my hair become straighter. It is curlier and frizzier than ever! I paid a lot of money for a shampoo, conditioner, and balm that does nothing more than an $5 product. And if I want straight hair I still have to use my iron. So the name is a complete lie.
I use this product daily and have no problem having curls despite the namesake. And my hair isn't that curly to begin with. Also, Aveeno doesn't make my hair as frizzy as this product. Which shocked me. I may go back to Aveeno or Fekkai glossing which I really like.

I have very long and very thick curly hair. I also have very harsh water. You can feel this shampoo working immediately. It is well worth the cost.

This is the only shampoo I've used that really makes my hair smooth, straight and shinny. It resists humidity and I plan never to be without it. I sent some to my daughter and she also loves it.

Every 3rd day thinking it would work, but it never did.
Nothing is great about it.
Too pricey. I would not recommend it at all.

I used to have the Japanese Straightening but I stopped doing it last year and I cut off most of my hair. So what I have now is my natural wavy hair and when I tell you that this does nothing to make your hair straight you better believe it. Although it does make your hair more shiny and manageable.
