I have wavy hair, and most curly/wavy products are really intended for curly hair. This cream is the best I have tried. Very light fragrance. A soft conditioning setting cream that doesn't feel stiff and doesn't leave my hair feeling dry. My hair still has waves after two days. After towel "blotting" my hair, I place a dime size amount on my tile counter top and dip my fingers in the cream to work evenly throughout my hair. If I haven't used enough, I can always place more on the counter. This keeps me from adding one big glob to the top of my head. Then move hair into place with fingers, add small clips close to the scalp in areas I want lift and let dry for 1/2 hour, check hair to see if it is dry enough to scrunch some more waves. Then Remove clips. This is perfect for me...no more curling irons or other damaging hair tools. Occasionally if I am in a hurry, I will use a hairdryer with a diffuser and scrunch my hair into place. (A great haircut also helps).
