Apply cleanser to the face using circular movements. Dip the muslin cloth in hot water and wring out. Press onto the face and hold for 5 seconds. Repeat 3 times. Rinse the cloths in warm water and remove all traces of make-up and cleanser making circular movements to exfoliate. Rinse cloth in cold water and re-apply to the face for 5 seconds to close the pores. Gently pat skin dry with a towel. Do not use a tonic or astringent. Do not use a moisturizer on oily erupted skin. |

Yes, this cleanser is expensive. And yes, it does appear to just be a pot of petroleum-based wax with some essential oils in it. But if you are looking for truly clear, decongested, healthy skin 24/7, this is the cleanser to get. I use it the shower and it is like a mini facial every night. It has kept me breakouts from coming back, and as soon as I stop using it, they do. I have been hooked ever since.

I got this as a sample. A little goes a long way. I loved the cloth that came with it, it really removed all my makeup and little bits and grits.... of course for the price, you could get fifty yards of the cloth at a fabric store ;)
The stuff has kind of a strange smell... wouldnt say its totally bad smell but different. I do like the product however would not pay the asking price for it...

For dry skin, nothing compares. The waxy texture melts down quickly as you massage it over your face and neck. I love the scent and find it warm and soothing. The hot cloth method with a cold cloth to finish up leaves my skin smooth, hydrated and with a lovely glow. Staple in my beauty cabinet.

It improved the texture and overall condition of my skin significantly. I tried so many cleansers before but none of them have such a big effect on my skin like this one (cle de peau, la prairie, Chantecaille, SK-II, La Mer, Kanebo Sensai, Amore Pacific, Sisley, Fresh ...) I'm so glad that I tried this one. It's the best cleanser I've ever tried.

My old skin regime was a cleanser & toner, which left my skin both dry & prone to occasional breakouts. Then a client of mine who is a facialist in London turned me onto the Eve Lom cleanser. I've never used anything since. I no longer need a toner, as the Eve Lom cleanser + the special cloth it comes with (or you could also use a regular washcloth) does an amazing job of cleaning & exfoliating. My skin is clean & bright after use, no residue greasiness like with other cleansers I've tried. Yes, the cleanser is expensive, but you only need a tiny bit per use (like your pinky fingernail), so one large pot lasts me about 4 months, possibly more. And thank your stars you're finding out about it now, vs last year when it cost [$] at one point! (They lowered the price :)

use with clarisonic to see what really beautiful skin looks like. the joar last about 6 months and you will never need a facial again.. do not need eye makeup remover or toner so cleasner may seenm pricey but works but works out yo 20 per month
