Apply cleanser to the face using circular movements. Dip the muslin cloth in hot water and wring out. Press onto the face and hold for 5 seconds. Repeat 3 times. Rinse the cloths in warm water and remove all traces of make-up and cleanser making circular movements to exfoliate. Rinse cloth in cold water and re-apply to the face for 5 seconds to close the pores. Gently pat skin dry with a towel. Do not use a tonic or astringent. Do not use a moisturizer on oily erupted skin. |

I was very, very surprised by this product. After having my baby, my skin was an absolute mess. After two weeks with the Eve Lom cleanser, the cystic breakouts just stopped. The muslin cloth and the cleanser simply picks everything up without irritating my skin. It's been about three months of using the product, and my skin remains clear as long as I use the cleanser daily. My friends have noticed the improvement in my skin tone as well.
It is a little drying, but it's still the most wonderful cleanser I've ever used. Highly recommend if you are willing to make the investment. However, I wasn't that impressed with the mask or the day moisturizer from the same line.

Lanolin, Mineral Oil, Cocoa Butter, Clove Oil, Eucalyptus oil and a double dose of parabens. Very expensive for inexpesive components and two well known irritants (clove, eucalyptus). Just in case the oils don't cause irritation, the lanolin is on hand for potential allergic reactions. Many people have lanolin sensitivity. With all of the recent news regarding parabens, I can not understand why they are still so much a part of the cosmetics industry. It will be a slow change, I guess.
The mineral oil will certainly remove makeup, and the cocoa butter is moisturinzing, but heavy on the skin of the face.
Save lots of money and invest in Ponds cold cream. Washable, creamy, no irritating essential oils.

The texture is great and my skin feels so soft after using. I like to wash my face in the shower and the jar is not the most convienient, so I've swithced to only using this cleanser at night at the sink and I use my other pump cleanser in the shower.

Honestly the best cleanser in the world. I have tried EVERYTHING and nothing comes close. Leaves my impossible combination skin literally glowing while removing all my makeup, giving that deep down clean feeling. Definitely worth the price tag, especially because it lasts so long!

I got my second one becuase this product saves me a lot of time. This serves as a makeup remover (but it doesn't remove waterproof mascara so you need to use eye makeup remover first), a cleanser, and even a moisturizing lotion! After washing my face with it at night, all I need to do is just dab a little serum or cream on the face. Yes this product kind of requires you a lot; the method is unique-you need to use the cloth (comes with the cleanser) with which you warm up your face, wipe the cleanser off, and cool off the face. And the product is not inexpensive. However, this product works! It smoothened and softened my skin and relieved the redness on my face.
What I'd complain about this product is its ingredients. The major ingredient is mineral oils... and it has loads of parabens too. In my opinion this product should be cheaper. After realizing its ingredients, I'm not using this product as often as I did.
Overall, a nice product for those who are not fussy about ingredietns.

I have had it for 3 months and loving every bit.
I have tried other name brand before but nothing clean my pore like Eve Lom. Even my husband notice a healthy glow on my face. A little product go a long way.

I do not like waterless cleansing method because my skin is oily. However this is quite pleasant because you use hot water and a cloth.
If your skin is sensitive, you had better use warm water to soak the cloth and cleanse your face less vigorously.
My only complaint is the fragrance --- somehow, it reminds me of MY DENTIST!!!
