Comments about essie nail color polish, sole mate, .46 fl oz:
I bought this polish when I was looking for the perfect winter plum color to change up my usual brown. I had been wearing Wicked by Essie for a while, and thought Sole Mate would be the perfect shade, especially based on the color swatch on the site... imagine my dismay when it arrived and it was almost identical to Wicked! After a couple layers, you couldn't tell the two apart. Essie makes great polish, so it was nice to have a fresh bottle, but it wasn't what I was looking for. If you're looking for purple, move on! Otherwise, this is a perfectly fine brown.
