I put this cream on before I go to bed. By the morning it has taken down swelling and any redness. I don't like spending a lot of money on skin care items but this is a product I can't live without.

I have rosacea which causes both dry, red, chapped skin as well as greasy breakouts. I use this when my skin gets red and chapped, and it really helps. I use it at night and it takes only one or two nights to get the skin back to normal. It does not seem to aggravate the greasy/breakout part of my skin either, but I have not had to use it for more than two nights in a row, so I can't really say. It is extremely moisturizing - almost a serum-like consistency, but it sinks in quickly. Great for dry, scaly, irritated skin.

I tried this product on a cruise for the first time. I have rosacea, and after using it my skin looked and felt so much better. My skin did not look red and irritated, it was acutally soft. I have actually stopped using the cream my doctor prescribed because I have had such wonderful results. S.O.S. is an amazing product, and worth the money.
