I use this product morning and night and especially after exercising. I have swelling of the ankles and calves (cankles) - this product helps to reduce swelling and the typical aching that comes with the swelling. I will not be without this product - I'm so happy I found it!

It works fine on my legs and arms... but not really effective compared to other body shaping product i currently use... Very organic smell...

The description being invigorating is really right-on. I've never felt anything so refreshing and smells so clean too. After shower or being on my feet all day, I use this tonic and it helps to relax, cool down, and refresh both legs and arms. Anyone would love this product!
