Stay away from this product! I normally don't have very sensitive skin when it comes to face products. I have tried many different products in the past (over-the-counter brands as well as prescription brands) and I have never had the reaction that I have had to this product. After about 1 week or 2, my face became very dry (reminded me of human sand paper equivalent!). I had to go to the dermatologist to get some prescription creams to heal the drying as over-the-counter lotions, creams, and moisturizers could NOT even alleviate the dryness! Please steer away from this product!

I have generally clear skin (with occasional hormonal break-outs), but my pores tend to get clogged. I have tried salicylic acid products on the advice of my aesthetician, but they just irritate my skin without resolving my texture issues, so I decided to try glycolic acid. This is a great daily cleanser. I use it in the shower in the morning with my Clairsonic, and sometimes at night depending on how my skin is doing. It can make skin flaky when used in conjunction with other anti-aging products, so when the weather is dry/cold I sometimes use a more gentle cleanser at night, plus a heavy nighttime moisturizer.

This product is amazing! When you first start using it there you will experiance excessive drying but stick with it this is the product just doing its job! It made my skin clearer and younger looking in about a week.

I have combination skin with very oily patches. It's hard to find a good exfoliant that isn't greasy. This one really gets the job done, but I'd be careful using it frequently as it could cause flaking.

These products turned my skin around literally in 48 hours! The toner is incredible!! I cannot say enough about it. I had a problem breakout areaon my lower cheek & the toner had it completely cleared out within 24 hours. My skin is smoother, and my pores are smaller. The facial cleanser removes makeup better than any other product I've used, although be sure to keep it out if your eyes (it stings!).
But I'm sold ! A devotee for life! DermaDoctor Litmus test!!! Why knew that amazing skin was only a pump away? :)

I've been using Dermadoctor Wrinkle Revenge 2 Cleanser for several years and I love it. However, I started using Refissa (Retin-A) this year and I needed a cleanser for every day that packs less of a punch than Wrinkle Revenge. Litmus Test is just what I need. Litmus Test is a highly concentrated gel cleanser that foams slightly and rinses easily. It has glycolic acid, so I don't use it on my eyelids, but it's gentle and thorough and it's refreshing and softening for face and neck. I use this morning and evening, and it removes sunscreen and makeup way better than so many other cleansers. I still use Wrinkle Revenge a couple of times a week for the strong exfoliation, but on normal to dry, or younger skin, Litmus Test is probably all you need. Litmus Test comes in a large pump bottle that lasts several months, so it's a great deal.
