I was using another brand of body cream to treat my Keratosis Pilarsis and although it worked it went on greasy and it took quick a bit of elbow grease to get it to dissolve into my skin.

I have that nasty white bumpy uckiness on the back of my arms and this has lessened it GREATLY! My skin is noticeably softer and much better looking. Sometimes I'll have the same problem on the back of my thighs (I know - Gross! TMI?) and it works great there too. I know it's kinda pricey, but it does work. I buy the dual pack because I know I'll use it. FYI - this might make dermatologists cringe, but I use a dry loofah on said body parts before I get in the shower AND while in the shower, I use a pumice stone on problem areas. My skin isn't perfect, but I'm not too embarrassed to go sleeveless.

Great moisturizer. smooths out all the little bumps that KP does to your skin. Very important daily use. Best used after shower when skin is soft and pores opened. Skin feels great after a week of daily use. I wish it was less expensive.
