I have itchy acne on my back that turns into scabs. My dermatologist prescribed several creams and a few oral medications for the itch but nothing worked until this cleanser. My back is now clear and doesn't itch! I cant say enough good things about this stuff. I am not sure I have seborrheic dermatitis, my derm never said I did, but this worked for me. I hope they never stop making it!

Let me be clear: this product isn't going to do much for you if you don't have seborrheic dermatitis. But if you have always had persistent red, flaky patches around your nose and mouth, this stuff just might change your life. I tried it out of desperation, because I've always had this problem and using moisturizer has never helped. Once I read the description of this product, I figured I'd give it a go, and within a couple of weeks the red, flaky patches had dramatically improved. The last time I went home, my family kept asking what I was doing differently to make my skin look so much better - they expected to hear about dermatologist visits and prescriptions, not an OTC tube of face-wash. I use it once a day, and the tube has lasted almost a year - I'm now going to order it again, because I don't ever want to be without it!

I'm not sure if I would buy this again because I am a great fan of the Ain't Misbehaving Facial Cleanser. This really was not effective for my body and the blemishes my back; no positive results seemed to occur. Everything was normal, I suppose. It cleaned--I dont' think it foamed or smelled of perfume (fragrance free), I'm sure but it wasn't a direct sensation that I felt as I touched my skin.

This stuff is amazing! I have had dermatitis, dry, flaky, itchy skin on my chest and back for years. Nothing has worked for me and the blemishes were always there. I am not exaggerating when I tell you I used this for THREE days and noticed almost immediate clearing! It is now 7 days into use and the redness, flakiness, and blemishes are completely gone and have stayed away! A miracle product for sure! Even the razor bumps under my armpits and bumps on back of my arms are gone! Buy this, you will be amazed!
