Maybe I got a bad tube? It seems like the product separated; the tube has a big lump of something rubbery inside but when I squeeze it, a thin liquid comes out. Not so sure this is the consistency Decleor intended. It smells like other "natural" products like dermalogica or aveda but the dial has been turned up to a 10, very strong scent which is a turn off and now I'm stuck with it.

I previously had purchased this product in a small jar. I really like that option for keeping in my bathroom cabinet and the ease of using it.
The tube sometimes is harder to control and squeeze out easily.

Does not eat my skin off. Coats lips well against winter dryness and winds. This is not a lip gloss. It is a heavy duty, my skin is so dry it hurts lip balm. Pleasant taste& feel- I seldom find lip balm that actually works, but this did. I love it. It's a generous amount, also. For people with dry, problem lips, it is great. I am constantly looking for good lip balm so this was a pleasant surprise.
