I sold Shiseiso, Borghese, Germaine monteil, Lancome for 12 years at Filene's. I was considered an expert in each line that I managed. I have sensitive skin. I wanted to try something new and extravagant. This product is AWFUL! the smell is so awful, I can taste it. The "cream' is not a cream at all but a solid mass, more so than CRISCO! OMG! Stupidly I threw out the box and the packing slip so I cannot return it. Altho I am 61, my skin looks about 40yrs old due to care and genetics. However, I cannot say that this helps in any way. This does not penetrate but would be good for protection against the elements, OUTDOORS, rather than a PM treatment cream. There is absolutely NO nourishment whatsoever to my skin.

I started using this product after having it applied during a facial treatment. I use it at night before bed all over my face, neck, and under my eyes. A little bit goes a long way, so i would say stick to about half the size of a pea. I just rub it in between my hands and press it into my skin. It really sinks in without leaving a greasy film behind. It not only keeps my skin properly moisturized, but it also helps minimize the congestion in my t-zone. As long as you use the product correctly you will absoloutely love it and the jar will last you a long time.

I applied this balm before bed. Too thick and hard to apply because of the lumps. I have several Decleor products I've used over the years on my dryish skin, and I love them, but this one is a dud!
