I used this as directed, dropping a drop on wet polish. It felt oily to the touch, which was kind of nice on my cuticles...but otherwise, my nails were still wet like a minute later. My nails usually are dry by then on their own, but with this stuff, the nails were not dry to the touch and the polish was soft so I'm dissapointed.
