I really like this. I use it with on of Deborah Lippmanns glitter polishes, and on my overly soft, chip prone nails, I can wear an almost black polish for 5-6 days with no chipping. Makes my nails feel super strong, especially after removing my gel nails. I've been using this for maybe 2 weeks, and my nails feel stronger and firmer than they ever have. I'm a fan.

I tried this product both with and without nail polish ... without polish, it chipped within a day. When used with polish (as base & top coats), it caused the polish to peel off within hours. I really don't get the high ratings for this product. For me, it was a complete waste of money!

Comments about Deborah Lippmann Hard Rock Hydrating Hardener Base and Top Coat, .5 fl oz:
This is a great top coat. It keeps my nail color nice for up to two weeks. What more can one ask?
I use Butter London base/ridgefill on my nails and then paint them with D.Lippmann's nail color and then apply the rock hard top coat.
Just a wonderful combination. I love it and am glad I spent a few dollars to see the great results.

I recently removed Shellac from my nails and they were a disaster. I used the Smooth Operator buffer, the treatment oil, and Hard Rock. My nails look and feel amazing. They are hard (but not brittle) and shiny. I am pleased I found such a wonderful product line...so worth the money!
