I have gone through several primers to use under lifting or tightening foundations for my 40+ skin. Many of which I have bought from the brands carried on this site. This is the best in terms of stopping caking and minimizing the effect of foundation settling into lines (I just have some under my eyes). I use an extremely expensive, ultra high-end top fashion house liquid foundation that "lifts" for us older gals, meaning it is a matte finish that tightens as it dries. Wihout primer or another brand of primer, it looks OK until you move your face, then, crease city! I wear glasses sometimes, and other primers would cause the foundation to slide off and cake up under the nosepiece.
This is my new favorite primer, meaning the company will probably change the formula or discontinue it LOL. I hope that they don't because this is very moisturizing and I don't get a million little creases under my eyes when I smile. The foundation still settles into my under eye lines A TEENY LITTLE BIT but I can tell only if I use my magnifying mirror. The caking under the nosepiece of my glasses is gone.
The only thing that stops it from being perfect is that it makes your face shiny, even with matte foundation on top. Still, the fact that the glasses nosepiece cake is gone and line settling is minimal means that I will keep using it and highly recommend it. I solve the shininess by using blotting papers after I do my makeup, which I typically need to do anyway mid-day.

Instant results, loved the smoothing effect on neck and face. Will order again for regular use, too bad it doesn't have spf but this will serve as a great base for my BB cream and makeup. Looking forward to winter use to see what long term benefits I'll get from prolonged use.

I use it all over my face and neck.. The fragrance is refreshing and a real pickker upper. My face feels really smoother after I put it on and my moisturizer goes on easier
