Comments about DDF Advanced Firming Cream, 1.7 oz:

Never thought I'd give 2 stars for anything from this brand. I'm not going down to 1 star because it is a decent moisturizer. It's thick enough to be good in cold weather/dry heated indoors. There is not any sunscreen in this so don't look for the SPF info. But firming? No way!

What a shame! and it's SO expensive!

Comments about DDF Advanced Firming Cream, 1.7 oz:

I am a 36-year-old woman with some sun damage (I was born in the Caribbean and emigrated as a tween) and a face that perspires in the summer, so even waterproof SPFs eventually slide/rub off. I am *just* starting to notice pronounced smile lines and jowls (my mom has them, therefore I'll have them) and this has noticeably improved the appearance of my laugh lines and my skin definitely feels firmer, my proto-jowls not as pronounced. I use this day and night and my skin feels plumper and just has more OOMPH hours after I've applied it. I would give this product 5 stars except for the price and the SMELL. It doesn't stink, but it certainly doesn't have a mild perfume. The odor, however, eventually fades away once the non-greasy cream is done absorbing, so it's not that big a deal. Recently, I got one acne scar after I started using the cream (not caused by it ... more a side effect from a very vigorous workout session). My very few acne scars (I have normal skin that rarely breaks out ... but I'm a pick-pick-picker) usually fade within six months, but this has speeded up the fading. Lastly, I am not a brand snob. I will literally try any price on makeup or skin creams/hair products as long as they work. This definitely WORKS. I used to use Olay Regenerist and Avon Anew products and this has improved upon those products in a fraction of the time. I wish this weren't so expensive, but I can justify spending the money rather than spending it on 6 jars of cheaper stuff and spend all day slathering on more as soon as it absorbs. I also tried Lancome Genifique Youth Activating Complex in a sample and I like that as well, and it is slightly cheaper, but I can't remember what that smells like. Hope this helps.
