I have been looking for an eye pencil with a fine point that applies without pulling skin. This pencil has a fine point, but it is as difficult to apply as using a no. 2 yellow pencil. You pull on and pull on eye tissue trying to make a line and, even after wetting it with hot water, no line. Save your money because this product is truly useless.
