I was skeptical of this, and don't like to accumulate more gadgets around the house, especially things that need to be plugged in. I'm not a luddite, but I really would prefer to use a washcloth (even a specialized scrubby facial washcloth) if that works as well. Less is more, simpler is better. Things like this need to really earn their way into my home. [...] feeling like I'm looking old and tired. I decided makeup didn't help, that my skin needed help. I've only had it about a week, but this thing has already helped improve my skin's appearance. My skin feels cleaner, smoother and softer; my skin looks fresher and younger; and my pores appear to be smaller - I daresay I look younger, fresher and happier. In short, my skin looks more like it did when I was in my teens. Improving my skin's appearance has helped me to look younger and less tired in a way that makeup can't (didn't Bobbi Brown say that makeup can't help you look younger, just better?). Anyhow, after looking at the reviews when I was thinking about purchasing this, it struck me that most reviewers who were unimpressed with the product were also relatively young. This may not be for everyone - it seems this helps aging skin look younger, even if it doesn't show much of a difference with younger skin that shows less or no effects of aging. (It probably works well to clean younger skin, but the results are just less apparent because the effects are preventative rather than corrective.) I am thinking about buying the Clarisonic Plus, because I'm interested in the different speeds and wonder whether that might help even more, and I'd like to try it in other areas in the shower. Maybe first I'll just move from the sensitive brush head that was included to the regular, and see how that works. I know I sound like I work for Clarisonic - I don't. I just am so happy with the results of this that I want to let others know in case this may work for them as well. Anyhow, terrific product for me. Glad I got it, despite it being one more electrical appliance for the bathroom.

It worked fine... until I went to re-charge it. I followed instructions, and the one from this site just wouldn't charge after the initial 24 hour-charge. I don't think it has anything to do with Clarisonic, because I bought another one from Sephora and that one works just fine. Maybe this site just doesn't sell them fast enough and they sit around too long? Who knows. As for the additional Perricone samples, meh. I usually like Perricone products, but the moisturizer wouldn't absorb after I put on my Caudalie serum, and would just sit on top of my skin and leave a white residue. Again, it might just be because it went bad from sitting around too long in the warehouse.

I purchased this for myself as a birthday present and I've been using it daily for about 2 months now, and even though I still get breakouts I can say that I have been seeing sutble improvments in my skin. I notice that it gets off makeup that I thought I removed by traditional washing, and my face is starting to feel smoother and the "holes" that I once had in my cheeks from extreme breakouts are almost gone, and the pores on my cheeks are starting to appear smaller. I love that its easy to travel with (even though I would have appreciated a travel bag) because I'm always on the go and that's its water proof. The only con I have to this is that it takes entirely too long to charge the battery. But otherwize well worth the price, and I don't say that too often.

I've had blackheads since my pre-teens, but at 39, I can finally say no more blackheads. After everything I've tried to get rid of them, "expressing" my pores, masks, astringents, "strips"- I've tried everything! - my blackheads are finally gone! I use my Clarisonic twice a week for about 30 seconds (after a steamy bath or shower helps) and its gentle little bristles clean my pores out like nothing else ever has. Why didn't someone think of this sooner?!

I have had my Clarisonic for 5 years. I purchased it while I was in Iraq, and it kept my skin free of all the dust and grime that the desert had to offer. I have been thinking about buying a new one because mine is so "well traveled," but it's still going strong. These products are awesome! I stopped using it for a little while, and my skin definitely suffered the consequences.

I am 33 with fair complexion and honestly take great care of my skin. I exfoliate, use high quality skin care serums and creams, and bathe my skin in SPF. Who doesn't want to maintain gorgeous skin? I thought my cleansing routine was good, so I didn't see the need for this product. Then the Mia came out and I had to try it given the rave reviews. I was so surprised at the how clean my skin was and how much makeup and dirt was removed. I didn't know that my cleanser alone left so much gunk behind. My serums and masks work better and my skin looks fresh, clean and gorgeous. Invest in this product and you won't be sorry. I love this!!

I LOVE this!! So glad I made the leap and finally bought it! It has made my skin soo smooth anda lot more even. I did notice that I broke out after a couple days of using it, but I am assuming it is because it was helping to remove all of the dirt in my pores. My skin has not been better! Though I think one speed is good enough, if I had the extra cash I would upgrade for sure.

It's taken a couple years for me to finally give in and buy one of these, but I'm glad I did. I use the Mia every night with my Philosophy face wash to take off make-up. It's great because it's gentle on my acne prone skin, does all the work for you and gets all of my make-up off leaving a perfect surface for a night time moisturizer. Far more effective than a wash cloth and doesn't tear at my skin.
(I still use eye-makeup remover, though.)
It's slightly overpriced, but so was my Sonicare toothbrush (same company) that I'm still using 10 years later. It's definitely a pricey, but good investment in any product from them.
