The Mia does use the same size replacement brush heads as the regular size Clarisonic. The main differences with the Mia is that it only has one speed (which a friend of mine says is a pain to change with the regular Clarisonic she owns and ends up using only one speed anyway); also it does not have a cradle holder style charger, just one that magnetically connects to the handle (which to me is actually more convenient! I don't have enough space on my bathroom counter for a cradle holder). Hope this info helps others!
