I used this for about 10 days before I had to stop due to severe breakouts. It smells wonderful and no doubt works well for anti-aging due to its ingredients, but was really not a good fit for my acne-prone skin. Might work better for people who are less prone to acne.

I use this before bed, under my moisturizer. To conserve product, I use the dropper to distribute one drop on forehead, chin, and each cheek, then massage it in. It has a light lemony scent, and though at first it feels greasy, after a few minutes it absorbs completely. During the day, I mix one drop with my moisturizer before applying.
It may seem insane to use an oil to treat oily, blemish-prone skin (at first I thought so) but having been pleased with other Caudalie products, and after years of trying everything else on my sensitive skin with moderate acne, I am pleased with the results. Previous acne products have left my skin dry, tight, and/or peeling... which seemed to slow healing and even facilitate the production of new blemishes. This product leaves my skin soft, soothed, and almost luminous in the morning. I still use spot treatments on occasional active blemishes, but now they seem to absorb better, leading to faster healing with greatly reduced redness & peeling.
I also love that this company uses all-natural ingredients!
