My lips were cracked, peeling, bleeding...it was painful to speak, eat and drink. I doubled my water intake and bought tons of specialized lip moisturizers. I thought [$] for a tube of lip balm was crazy but I was desperate and after reading other reviews from women with similar complaints, I gave it a try. I will never buy another product again! I noticed improvement after the first application and all damage was repaired within days! My lips are soft and comfortable for the first time in months and the cost is a bargain compared to how much I spent on products that didn't work! It is soft so you have to be gentle or it will break, but it goes on smoothly and the benefits are immediate. Enjoy!

This product caused me to have an allergic reaction. About an hour or so after use, my lips suddenly became red and inflammed. I felt a stinging sensation and then my lips became cracked. I got little red bumps on my lips and waited around 4 days for the cracking to go away. Needless to say, it was a hard way to find out that this product had an ingredient that did not work for me! Yikes! I like the hand/body products.

I use Caudalie products, but did not care for the lip conditioner. Product works well on lips as far as moisturizing, but did not like the sweet vanilla taste it left on my lips. I like my lip products to be more neutral in scent and taste.

I started getting severely chapped lips this past winter. No medical explanation. I tried everything. This stuff was a God-send. Very moisturizing. Although not a 'medicine,' it healed my lips. At the first sign of chapping I use it to stop the condition in its tracks. Highly recommended.

It smells very nice, and the texture is supersoft but actually mine was way too soft (more of a sauce than a solid), it actually broke almost immediately. I also hate the cheap plastic packaging, the cap comes off very easily, so it's not safe to bring in your handbag. I think this is very similar to Fresh sugar lip balm [...] which I prefer, although it is more expensive, it is superior because it contains spf.
