I received this product a couple of weeks ago. Have used it about three times so far (still finishing up another product) but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. When I first applied the product to wet hair, I didn't notice anything, however, after my hair dried and I fluffed it up with my fingers, it looked great. Really defines your curls and there are no harsh chemicals--no hard or sticky feeling either. Creates volume for fine hair as well.
The only con may be the product delivery. The jar is fairly big and when I was taking off the lid, a fair amount of product poured out onto my vanity. I scooped it back up and put it back in the jar, so now I will have to be more careful when opening it. Make sure the jar is on a flat surface before taking off the lid.
