Cargo's SmokyEye™ Eyeliner Duos offer a cream and a powder liner which can each be used separately. Or, use the powder on top of the cream to "set" the liner. For best results, dab on and smudge out with Cargo's SmokyEye™ Brush.

Ingredients:
Cream Eye Liner: Octyldodecyl Stearoyl Stearate, Caprylic Capric Triglyceride, Boron Nitride, Microcrystalline Wax, Castor Oil, Cyclomethicone, Silica, Phenoxyethanol, Isopropylparaben, Isobutylparaben, Butylparaben.

Powder Eye Liner: Talc, Octyldodecyl Stearoyl Stearate, Octyldodecyl Stearate, Zinc Stearate, Boron Nitride, Phenoxyethanol, Isopropylparaben, Isobutylparaben, Butylparaben, Silica, Tocopheryl Acetate, Carthamus Tinctorious (Safflower) Seed Oil, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract.
