  1. After the application of shadow, apply the liquid liner along the upper lash line.  Hold the pen at an angle so that the tip lies almost flat against the lash line.  Slowly move the pen from the inner corner of the eye along the lash line to the outer corner of the eye.  Use small application strokes instead of trying to apply it all at once.
  2. To create a classic day look, end the liner right at the outer corner where the lashes stop.
  3. For a high fashion look or a retro flare, apply the liner past the lashes lifting upwards towards the brows creating a slightly winged out effect.
  4. Avoid lining the lower lash line with The Liquid Liner as this can give a harsh result.
  5. Do not use the inner rim with this product, instead opt for The High Pigment Pencil.
  6. Always store horizontally.
