I bought Pearly Queen as a base coat for Primrose Hill Picnic, which needed lightening for my finger tips.
First coat: streaky and metallic looking; Second coat: a glossy pearlized white/grey with the barest metallic glimmer. Top coat: softly glowing pearls on my finger tips!
Oh. PHP went on my toes...and looks great.
Very happy with Pearly Queen. It is going to be my go-to for all seasons.
