Henley Regatta is one of butterLondon's blues. This is how I used to gave nails a holo effect.
First coat: Artful Dodger (pale cream teal), second coat: Thames (adding depth/shimmer): third coat: Henley Regatta.
HR is ulta fine bits of glitter. Very easy to apply for a subtle glitter that changes from blue to green depending on light.
