Before you begin:  To apply the Smooth and Lift™ fist make sure your skin is clean and dry.  If your skin tends to become oily quickly, clean your skin with rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball to cleanse away remaining oil on your skin. 

Keep oils, lotions, and makeup away from the lifts.  With a little care, your Bring It Up® Smooth and Lift™ will stay securely in place all day or all night long.  For best results, store your Bring It Up® Smooth and Lift™ on the plastic storage cups provided, at room temperature, away from heat, sunlight or moisture.

There is a peel away backing that will first need to be removed.  Start by placing the lower portion of "Smooth and Lift™" onto the nipple.  Notice the center of the lift does not have any adhesive touching the nipple.

1. Firmly press and smooth the bottom half of the "Smooth and Lift™" nipple cover onto the nipple, areola and against the breast skin just outside and all the way around the areola.  Note: Be sure to press the adhesive firmly in place just above the areola area before lifting.  The lifting action takes place at the topside of the breast not the underneath.
2. Once the lower part of the "Smooth and Lift™" nipple cover is securely in place, now with your fingers at the top half of the lift, pull the lift upward to the desired position.
3. Firmly press and smooth the top half of the lift against your skin.  Repeat the same procedure on the other side.
