Cyclopentasiloxane, Paraffin, Euphorbia Cerifera (Candelilla) Wax, Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Polybutene, Oleyl Alcohol, Ozokerite, Polyethylene, Tocopheryl Acetate, Talc, BHA, May Contain (+/-):, Mica, CI 77499 (Iron Oxides), CI 77000 (Aluminum Powder), CI 77491 (Iron Oxides), CI 77891 (Titanium Dioxide), Carbon Black Nano (CI 77266), CI 77510 (Ferric Ferrocyanide), CI 77288 (Chromium Oxide Greens), CI 19140 (Yellow 5 Lake), CI 77007 (Ultramarines), CI 77492 (Iron Oxides)

Apply after No7 Eye shadow and before No7 Mascara.  Gently lift the brow with the ring finger of one hand, as this will enable you to get the pencil closer to the lashes.  Apply small forwards and backwards strokes along the lash line.  Use the smudger to blend, soften and neaten the line or to smudge, creating a 'smokey eye' effect.

Comments about Boots No7 Stay Perfect Amazing Eye Pencil, Blackest Purple, .04 oz:

This pencil requires too much pressure to leave a mark on my skin. I was able to draw a line on my hand, but as an eyeliner, it's basically useless. I tried dampening the end, and even applying heat to it. Neither helped it to glide on smoothly.
