Faux Dry Dry Shampoo 1.7 oz (50 g)
$20.00
A dry shampoo that helps to instantly remove excess oil and buildup without water. Faux Dry Dry Shampoo re-energizes blow dry style so that it lasts an extra day or two. Faux dry's micronized finely milled formula instantly absorbs oil and the translucent color works for everyone! It also adds volume at the root of hair where it tends to retain the most oil. Our precise applicator creates "pouf technology" and dispenses fine milled powder at the root. Just remember to shake, shake, "pouf" into the natural oils on the scalp and message in for a quick touch up! Micronized corn starch instantly absorbs oil and Pure Protein Blend, including wheat, adds shine and resiliency. Faux Dry is safe for all hair types, including color treated and processed hair. Whether you overslept or simply need a style freshen-upper, BlowPro's Faux Dry is to the rescue. Never tested on animals. Free of sulfates, parabens and artificial fillers. Made in the USA |

I have probably tried every dry shampoo on the market ever since they started pushing these things, even baby powder.... don't do it. I hate the sprays, plus the ran out super fast... Ojon, Oscar Blondi, Rene Furter, Bumble and Bumble, and another I can't even remember. I then tried the Oscar Blondi powder, which smells intoxicating, but works pretty well. However, the Blow Out dry shampoo smells neutral, blends pretty nicely, and probably absorbs oils the best. Very happy with my purchase.

This product is a white powder, but still works well on dark hair if you're careful not to apply too much of it.
My big complaint, however, is that they advertise this product as being "Free of sulfates, parabens and artificial fillers" and right there on the bottle, not 5 centimeters away, is the ingredient list: propylparaben and methylparaben!
If you're looking for a paraben-free product, look elsewhere.

Comments about BlowPro Faux Dry Dry Shampoo, 1.7 oz:
This is by far the best dry shampoo that I have used. I have fine hair and have always washed my hair everyday. Now I can go a day or two between shampoos. Love this stuff!!
No buildup, light scent, and it doesn't turn my hair "white" when I use it!

Comments about BlowPro Faux Dry Dry Shampoo, 1.7 oz:
Was hesitant to buy b/c of the cost, but this is by far the best dry shampoo I've used. Doesn't have a strong smell like some of the others, lasts a long time, bleands well with hair (blonde), doesn't leave a powdery residue. Especially great for steamy, sweaty summers! Will buy again!

I love this product but has anyone out there had a problem getting the shampoo out of the bottle? I'm guessing that I got a defective container.

Comments about BlowPro Faux Dry Dry Shampoo, 1.7 oz:
This product was effective in absorbing the oil in my hair, but it's almost as time-consuming as washing my hair and leaves my hair stiff and feeling like it's full of talc powder. Now keep in mind that this was my first experience with a dry shampoo, so maybe this is how all dry shampoos feel. I was hoping that it would let me go for an extra day without washing my hair (I have to wash daily), but instead of feeling soft and clean, it feels stiff, so I would have to wear my hair up on the second day, and I generally prefer to wear my hair down.
Overall, I'll end up using this occasionally since it's better not to wash my hair every day, but I won't be using it as frequently as I'd hoped when I purchased it.

Comments about BlowPro Faux Dry Dry Shampoo, 1.7 oz:
I have straight Asian hair, the kind that gets oily if it's not washed everyday. Not only do I have to wash it everyday, I have to blow dry it for volume, which is damaging to my hair. If I can wash my hair every other day, it would be perfect. This product really works to control the oil and shine and allows me to skip a day. It saves me so much time and it really works great. You use just a little bit, so even though the bottle is small, it'll last a really long time. The small size is also great for travel. I went to a wedding this weekend and my blowout lasted two days with this product.

This product is awful. It wouldn't even come out of the container. I finally got it applied. It left a awful white tint to my hair. (dark hair) I am not impressed at all!! Maybe it works well for fine hair, but not on my mane!

Comments about BlowPro Faux Dry Dry Shampoo, 1.7 oz:
I use this product to avoid washing my hair daily. I have long straight blond hair and a scalp tht gets oily by the morning after a shampoo and condition. I have had to wash and blow dry my hair EVERY DAY until I found this product. Now I save tons of time by just washing it every other day. If you apply too much it can look like there is white powder in your hair, so beware. I find it adds fullness and makes the greasies go completely away. Fabulous product!

Comments about BlowPro Faux Dry Dry Shampoo, 1.7 oz:
I've tried several dry shampoos before (Ojan, Oscar Blandi, etc) and this one is one of my favorites. My hair stylist told me to wash my hair every other day but I hate that greasy feeling on the second day. Blow's faux dry shampoo is VERY light (finely milled?) so I love that it doesn't feel built up on my scalp. It also has a very light scent that's almost nonexistant, which I like, but others might not. Because the scent is so light, it won't clash with any perfume you're wearing. Also, the way the bottle is designed, just the right amount comes out. I had an issue with Oscar Bandi's dry shampoo because too little came out or too much came out, but Blow's dry shampoo comes out just right. Hope that helps.
