A cooling gel - truly did nothing more than putting an aloe vera gel on my eyes. In fact - would probably get more moisture from AV gel than this. Not that it is intended for moisture - but doesn't do anything for bags/puffiness either which is its claim. LOVE other bliss products, like the Oxygen line - this one really missed it thought.
