I needed to find a mascara which would not smudge and the reviews suggested blinc would be worth a try. I have very oily skin and even waterproof mascaras would smudge and I would have raccoon eyes all day. This product is great - no more smudges! It is easy to apply and lasts until I am ready to remove it. Even the heat and humidity have no effect on it. I can put it on in the morning, work in an office all day, and come home and work in my yard and it stays put. I love it and will buy it from now on. My daughter told me I would love it!

This mascara is great if you don't like the way mascaras clump. It is more natural looking than most other brands. Not good if you are looking for really thick lashes. It doesn't build like a normal mascara, but I like it better because of the results. You don't need makeup remover to remove it. Comes off easily in the shower.

The product is fairly easy to use, although make sure you comb out any clumps quickly or they will dry and stick that way. My lashes were noticeably drier after one use. I didn't find this product to lengthen or thicken my lashes any more than my $14 Origins mascara which is the reason for the poor rating. It's not that it's a bad product, but it's pricey unless it's the best mascara I've ever used--which it isn't. I like the waterproof thing, but it's misleading b/c any pressure, even that of the shower will cause the tubes to come off, so I can't imagine it would hold up to even a tissue dab were I to cry at a movie.

I'm surprised by the reviewers comments that this product came off while walking home in the rain. I went on a cruise to the Caribbean for a week and snorkeled at each port. The mascara stayed on except for a tube or so coming off, but considering I was in warm water for at least thirty minutes at a time I think thats pretty good. My kids said something and I just removed it. Still, it slid off my face instead of leaving a smeary mess which when wiped looks worse. Overall, I don't find it gives a very dramatic look. I do use it now with Shiseido's mascara base and I get dramatic results, but it is darn hard to remove! After wearing it all day, then going to yoga and working out for 2 1/2 hours, it took a lot of warm water splashing to remove the tubes. Still, considering that I'm somewhat active I am using this product with the base. It just takes a lot to get it off.

Tried this mascara for a couple months but eventually tossed it. The effect it gives on the lashes is subtle but good. Not a good option if you want dramatic results. It wore well without smudging or flaking.

However, the least bit of moisture prompted the mascara tubes to slide off. Little to no friction is necessary. I live in Seattle, and we do have rather regular rain here. The first proper rainstorm of the fall had the mascara tubes coming off my lashes and onto my cheeks with just the force of the raindrops in less than six blocks. There were confused stares from fellow pedestrians. In lighter rain or if I cried while watching a movie or from hayfever I had to be careful not to even brush my eyelashes because the mascara would slide right off.

So I'd recommend this if you live in the desert, are not sentimental, and do not have allergies.. Otherwise, Clinique makes a comparable product that does not come off at the first hint of water and gives more dramatic results.

Once dry, this product last as long as I need it to. Lashes look and stay beautiful, more than with other products I've tried. I would buy product again and again.
