Love love love it. After reading the other reviews, I knew to remove the plastic around the battery and it works great! It curls my lashes and really opens my eyes up. The best thing is it does not leave a noticeable clamp mark like traditional curlers. I can get all my lashes curled in under 2 minutes and I don't have to worry about pinching my eyelid! YAAY!

I know the reviews here are really mixed, but I thought the product worked just fine. Takes a while for the curler to heat up (maybe it's the cheap battery it comes with), but once heated works pretty nicely. For the price, the tool seems kind of light and flimsy though. It takes a bit of practice, and isn't a one-step deal like a traditional curler. You first press underside of your lashes to make then go straight up, and then apply pressure on the tips of the lashes to curl. The best thing is that the results last a long time, and looks more natural that the crimpy look you get with a regular curler. I also seem to have more success using after applying mascara.

I hate the typical eyelash curlers so this is a fabulous alternative. BUT - CHANGE THE BATTERY FIRST! As nearly every other reviewer states it will not heat hardly at all using the battery that comes with it. I put in a Duracell before I even turned it on and it got very hot.

This is not like a curling iron for the eyelashes in that there is nothing to clip onto your lashes and roll up. The heated rod is straight and you simply glide it along your top lashes - start near the eyelid and glide out to almost the tips of your eyelashes - and hold it there. It does work though like many things it takes a few times to get the hang of doing it quickly. It's nice not being pinched and having my eyes water.

I'm at a loss as to why this product has received so many negative reviews. Upon receiving this product, I read through all the directions and even visited the company website to gain insight into how to use this product.

The key is taking the plastic off of the battery! The curler will not work unless the plastic is removed. Also, when I replaced the original battery with a normal Energizer battery, I noticed the curler did become warmer and seemed to work even better.

I have stick straight, thin eyelashes and this curler is the best I've used. It gets warm enough to curl without getting hot enough to hurt my eyes. It takes a little practice--I noticed simply running the curler through my eyelashes did not work too well. The trick is to hold the curler at the end of your eyelashes and sort of "backcomb" (not exactly, but cannot think of a better description) and hold for a second or two.

Great, great product. Bought one for my purse, as well.

Had really high hopes for this product but they were not met. Didn't get very hot and even when it was warm it wasn't more effective than a quality lash curler. Not worth the $.

When I first tried to use it, it didn't get hot. Thanks to the other reviewers, I knew to toss the battery that came with the product and use my own - then it worked great. It's very easy to use and really makes a difference. I think that the curl is more noticeable and lasts a lot longer than the curl you get with a manual curler thing, especially if you follow up the curling with mascara application. BUT - I may just be paranoid, but I dont think you should use it for every day. I feel like the heat is a little damaging to the lashes. I use it when I want to look particularly great!

I was so excited to try this heated lash curler. I thought, "What a great idea!" I trusted BLINC, after recently purchasing their very cool & unique mascara. However, this heater was flimsy, the part holding the brush cleaner fell off when I opened the case & would not stay in its 'storage spot', my lashes did not curl, & overall I was very disappointed. After trying to give it a chance a few more times, I packaged it up and sent it back a few days ago. I wrote..."Do NOT send me a replacement. I need a refund!" Save your money.

Don't buy this. It will not be anything like you expect. I followed the directions on two occasions and it never produced a result. Either the one I received was defective or it does not do what it claims.
