Wet Beautyblender. Apply a dime-sized amount of Blendercleanser to soiled areas of Beautyblender. Work into a lather, rinse, repeat if necessary. Squeeze to remove excess water. Set Beautyblender on insert pedestal to dry. You can also put Beautyblender in the Beautyblender pouch and toss it in the dryer. Be sure to use an air-dry setting; Beautyblender should not come in contact with extreme heat of any kind. |

Love beauty bender sponge but thought that the cleanser was all hype. I used french milled soap to clean the sponge and it did a good job fairly quickly but I did notice that I had to rinse quite a bit to remove suds. So I gave the Beauty Bender cleanser a try - WOW! DO NOT EVER STOP MAKING THIS CLEANSER! Cleaning the sponge is a breeze - although you have to develop a technique to use as little as possible in order to clean the sponge. The most amazing use is as a brush cleaner. I've tried almost all name brand brush cleaners and most still leave residue behind on a towel (when I squeeze dry after the 'cleaning'). Or, you end up using a lot of brush cleaner product - for those OTHER brands. The most effective ones contained and smelled like alcohol and didn't clean as efficiently as this product. I put a couple of pumps of product into a bowl and then add water (maybe about a cup of water) - I dip the brush in, swish a bit, then run the bristles across the palm of my hand a few times and watch all the color and residue; when I rinse with clean water - the water runs clear almost immediately AND when I squeeze dry and finish reshaping on a paper towel - NO RESIDUE!!! And, no rewashing either - I use a lot of dark eyeshadow colors and the cleaning process is the same. THIS IS WONDERFUL. Get this product, you won't be sorry.

I had splurged and bought the Beauty Blender sponge and the more I use it the more I love it. So that led me to want to try the Beauty Blender cleanser because the soaps I was using to clean it just weren't cutting it. I found that not only did they not get the blender clean, but it seemed full of soap even though I wasn't using that much and I was rinsing and squeezing until my hand cramped up. This cleanser works like a dream and I not only use it on my blender sponge, but I use it on all my makeup tools. Will definitely buy again.

This stuff is very thick so just a tiny drop of the top of your brush is plenty to get it clean. I also tried putting a few drops in a small cup of warm water & that worked great for my eye shadow brushes.

I have had this for a while ,but never get to use it 'cause I still have MAC Brush cleaner, but when I tried this brand, I have to say it's better than those MAC or other brand.

I love this cleanser because it actually cleans the brushes. I have used other cleansers and my brushes still had residue on them. It definitely cleans foundation on brushes and beautyblender sponges very well. Worth the money!!!
