I use this every day under my makeup - waiting a few minutes to let it dry before applying makeup. It makes my makeup go on more smoothly, helps minimize pores, and helps in keeping the oil in my oily skin at bay a little longer. I also LOVE it on my eyelids, before applying shadow, to keep my shadow from creasing and keep it smooth and dry all day. I believe BE makes a primer for eyelids but I don't see the need if you already have this one as it works great. I have to add that I am NOT a BE fan at ALL. I HATED the makeup. It slid right into the creases of my face, making it look even oiler and more wrinkled than ever. And it clumped and clotted on my face - just gross. I did try the makeup before they ever came out with the primer so it might work better on me now with the primer applied first.
All that to say that you don't have to be a BE fan or even use their other products to find this product very useful and well-worth it. I don't want to be without it!

The pump bottle is totally ineffective- stops pumping even though there is plenty of product in the bottle still left for use.
A tube that would stand upside down would be MUCH better.

This is the best primer on the market! It is a clear lightweight gel that goes on smoothly. A little goes a long way. It makes my oily skin look mattified while hydrating the drier areas of my face. I have used Bare Minerals for several years and didn't think Prime Time was worth the money, until I tried a free sample. This product really does create a smooth surface for applying your mineral makeup. It comes in a small bottle that lasts quite a long time and can be brought in your carry on luggage on the plane.
It dries very quickly and your makeup applies smoothly and lasts longer. It also works well with other products, like serums and moisturizers. Highly recommended!
