Cultured Pearl Eyecolor
Shade:  Light pearl pink
Texture:  Glimpse

To Each Its Own - The BE Eyecolor Difference.  As individual as you are, bareMinerals Eyecolors vary in texture from ultra sheer to fully opaque.

Texture guide:

  • A glimmer of eyecolor:  high intensity sheen.  Can be softer and more translucent when worn dry, but creates an opaque wash of high sheen when worn wet (called "foiling").
  • A glimpse of eyecolor:  supremely soft and sheer with a touch of glow.  Use dry for whisper effects and wet for more opaque sheen.
  • A velvet of eyecolor:  the most opaque of the three.  Incredibly creamy color that gives a rich, smooth finish.

Benefits:

  • 100% pure bareMinerals
  • Preservative-free and non-irritating
  • Vibrant, stay-true colors from sheer to full finish
  • Provide sheer-to-opaque coverage
  • All-natural consistency makes them easy to apply and blend seamlessly
  • Add rich, eye-illuminating accents
  • No pulling or tugging of the eye area
  • No creasing
  • Lasts all day long

  • Beautiful alone, you can also layer together two or more bareMinerals Eyecolors to add rich contrasts in texture and depth.
  • For a sophisticated look, try using two bareMinerals Eyecolors in the same shade family.  Starting from the inner eye, apply the lighter shade halfway across, using an eye brush such as our Heavenly Eyeshadow Buffing Brush.  Then complete the outer portion of the lid with the darker shade.
  • What is foiling?  Foiling is a unique technique created by Bare Escentuals that involves applying bareMinerals Eyecolors with a dampened brush for a high-sheen "foiled" eye effect.  Applying a glimmer or glimpse of bareMinerals Eyecolors wet creates a lustrous, light-reflective glow to your eyes when layered over or under other shadows.

Comments about bareMinerals Pink Eyecolor Eye Shadow, Cultured Pearl, .02 oz:

This is a great highlighting color. Its base color is beige-ish in the container, but it goes on whisper light and leaves a sheer wash of shimmer. A little goes a long way and can easily build to a blinding shimmer, so one pot of eye shadow lasts years depending frequency of use and intensity of color. I use this color for highlighting under the brow bone, the inside corner of the eye, tops of the cheekbones, lightly down the bridge of my nose and jmust above my lips. And my first pot lasted two years. My only complaint about this eye shadow is the packaging. BE packaging is horrible for traveling because the powder gets all over the inside of the container, so be careful when dipping a brush into it, it is easy to get too much.

    Very light and shiny

Comments about bareMinerals Pink Eyecolor Eye Shadow, Cultured Pearl, .02 oz:

This is a really light color (almost white) and very shiny. I'll use it to mix with darker colors that are too dark on their own.
