This is the only thing I will wear on my face from now on. I have a combination of dry, oily and normal skin on my face. My face also has red blotches and I have dark circles under my eyes. Usually when I use a foundation, it looks greasy. I use a concealer, it gives me raccoon eyes. I use powder, I look like somebody scribbled with chalk on the dry spots of my face.
But this was absolutely perfect. I only needed a teeny bit of this powder to cover all imperfections. It left my skin tone even and my face luminous. My face didn't get greasy or dry and it was also great for my sensitive skin. I can't speak highly enough about this product; it is well worth the price. I also purchased the bare minerals concealer brush and the bare minerals kabuki brush and my skin looked so beautiful. It was unbelievable. I thought I would need to buy the concealer as well, but I did not need to. My face looked natural and my skin tone was even. It looked like I had naturally beautiful skin. This stuff is seriously like a miracle and I will never use any other type of makeup on my face again as long as I can buy this. It is wonderful.

At first, I LOVED this product. I felt that I looked beautiful. However, after a few weeks I started getting big and painful pimples on my face. I thought that maybe the product was cleaning my skin out because I had always used heavy makeup before. I was wrong. The breakouts worsened and they weren't normal pimples. I stopped using the product and after a month my breakouts were gone. I do not have sensitive skin and I have never had an allergy to anything before in my life, but this product did it for me. I love the way it makes me look, so I'm hoping the manufacturer comes out with some gentler products.

I bought this powder whilst on holiday in the US - I'm from Australia- and whilst I liked it - I felt a little bare when applied alone. I now apply a thin layer of liquid foundation underneath and it's perfect for me. I used to apply about 3 pumps of foundation now it's only one and a light layer of this powder. Better than usual setting powder.

This will be my everyday use foundation. I am looking for a natural skin foundation for a very long time and finally find one. I have a dry combination skin, which is dry on both cheeks but has pores and acnes on the forehead. liquid foundations do work on me and only illumination liquid foundation gives me a better skin texture but still can be seen.
This powder foundation only gives me a light coverage (maybe because of the brush I use today is a loose powder brush, I am gonna try a foundation brush tomorrow), but it already can cover 70%uneven skin and blemish on my face. It gives me a satin finish also. The best thing is my skin feels free and can breath.
I never believe pricey cosmetics equals high quality since I've tried many and majority of them do not show significant differences. So if you are looking for a natural skin foundation, this is the best value one. For everyday use, I estimate the whole jar can last for at least 4 months. And another thing is, moisture your skin before apply.

I have heard of this product for many years as being an amazing powder to either cover blemishes or just to throw ontop of everything to make it all come together. It was a bit expensive for me to buy but once I tried my friends bareminerals I fell in love and bought it for myself.
I do not have problematic skin and simply use it in a small layer all over my face to make my face look flawless. If you have a big blemish you may need to put some liquid foundation on first and then apply the bareminerals. It does a pretty good job of covering small redness areas and oily spots.
Overall, Bareminerals is the best powder foundation I have ever used.

I have been using this as my foundation for about four years. It is easy to apply after a small learning curve. You do need a kubuki brush for proper application. It is long lasting and won't settle into fine lines. There is never a line of demarcation along the neck line. This is a perfect foundation for all skin; young to mature.

I was introduced to BareMinerals products many, many years ago. It is so different and so much different than regular cake foundation, which made my skin look cakey. This one goes smoothly and as long as you choose the right shade, you can never tell that you have make up on. I would recommend to clean the brush regularly with the brush clearner so that it is long lasting. And as a budget buyer, it is always great to have a product that last for a few months, at least.

I love BareMinerals powder/foundation-- however, I can't really rate the product I received because I apparently placed an order for the wrong color (see service/delivery comments). But I highly recommend the product in general. Coverage is good and doesn't clog my pores, only con is that it's kinda messy putting on and I have to be careful when wearing white because it does seem to transfer to clothing pretty easily.
