First off, there was no brush included in this purchase. Secondly, there were no instructions as to how and in what this should be mixed with water. Third, it IS NOT green when you add water to it. It is black.

I usually use a black liner above my lashline, then apply the Bare Minerals powder to that to set it but find that I can use the Bare Minerals shadow by itself and still get that very dramatic look. It is still useful to set makeup but the Bare Minerals is so well-made that it is now my mainstay makeup.
