Convert High Shine Eyecolor into an eyeliner. Dip the Eyeliner Brush into the High Shine component, then tap off the excess. Line the upper and/or lower lash line for a bright eyeliner effect. Buff with the Crease Defining Brush or Blending Brush to diffuse any harsh edges of High Shine Eyecolor. |

I received this product as a gift with purchase. I really like the color, but it is so messy that I put it away in my "for special dress-up occasions only" box. It flakes all over my face, and I spend more time cleaning it up than I do applying it. If they revise the formula, I would consider buying more colors.

Based on other reviews of this product, I purchased it. However, for me, it is too bright and shiny. I like a more subtle eyeshadow. However, I'll keep experimenting with it to see if I can't get it to lighten up.
