If I could design a mascara just for me, I'd want it to slightly thicken my lashes, separate and define them, make them look much longer, hold their curl, and look and feel soft and feathery. I've tried every mascara I've come across, and after 27 years of wearing the stuff, I've finally found my dream mascara. I'm so happy! I wear this in Espresso, or Black, depending upon what makeup colors I'm using. Gorgeous, perfect, mascara. Just when you think Bare Escentuals is the ultimate, it gets even better!

Okay mascara
This mascara is okay. Mascara often makes my eyes itch - this mascara does not bother me at all. That's a huge plus. I prefer the original mascara, though.

I was disappointed because I expected more from an expensive mascara. The less expensive actually work better. It smugges and I have dark under my eyes just after a short time.

Some reviewers said they did not like the tiny comb-type applicator. I really do as it separates easily. I lost some lashes when I sang in a chorus, and we had to wear false eyelashes. I am hoping the lost lashes will grow back. In the meantime, this mascara allows me to darken the ones that I have without glopping. I like this mascara and the dark brown is good for my senior years.

Ever since getting LASIK eye surgery a few years ago I have noticed my eyes are much more sensitive to the makeup I use. Other over the counter mascaras always seemed to irritate my eyes, but the Bare Minerals mascara looks great but doesn't irritate. I don't use any other Bare Mineral product, but I buy this mascara every time.

It seems like I have tried every mascara there is, in every price range. This is my absolute favorite. I love the espresso color as it looks terrific and black can look harsh on me (blonde hair, fair/medium skin). I wear this everyday for work and when going out just apply some extra coats. Stays on all day, doesn't clump, and looks beautiful. I love that it has no parabens. I tend to have sensitive eyes as well and this works well for me. Also easy to remove at the end of the day. How great is that.
