I absolutely LOVE Bare Escentuals products. My very favorite is the clear radiance, as I use that as my cover up. So I put a thin layer of it all over my face, which is the only make-up I've found so far that actually truly covers up my facial redness. Then, on top of that,I use this Tropical Radiance as my blush. I've found this to be the perfect blush color for me. My skin color is probably more between a light and medium color, though not quite olive. In the winter my skin is fairly light, but I used to tan very easily. I find this color to be the perfect shade because it's sublte on my skin and gives a nice hint of color to my cheeks. I've found that when I've suddenly run out, even though I had other brands of blush, they just wouldn't do. I would even normally (Or should say used to) be a budget buyer, however since I've discovered Bare Escentuals and found how great it works on my skin, I feel it is truly worth the extra money to buy it. I've even tried other more expensive brands, but none work better for me than this brand. THough it's not a budget brand, I can vouch that a little does go a very long way! Actually, I even use a tiny bit of the tropical radiance as eyeshadow as well. The only one drawback to mineral makeup is that it can make wrinkles look worse, so I am carefuly as to how and where I apply it. My only problem right now seems to be right below my eyes, so I try not to put it right there. On the other hand, it has a slight luminescence to it, so it does give one a nice little skin glow.

It's everything it claims to be, plus it's great as an eyeshadow. This is the perfect shade for my coloring. It enhances my warm skin, and make the green radiate from my eyes. This works beautifully as a shimmery blush for me, as well as an overall highlighter. Love it.
