Add a candlelight glow to your complexion.

Warmth All-Over Face Color is an all-year-round complexion booster that infuses radiant light into your skin so it looks like it's coming from within.  It's versatile, universal, adjustable, and is 100% pure crushed minerals from the earth.  Warmth can be worn over, under or mixed with any bareMinerals foundation to create a healthy, sun lit look.  It glides onto the skin like silk, leaving you with a natural, velvety and warm finish.

Benefits:

  • Boosts your complexion for an all-over healthy looking glow.
  • So versatile that it can be used as a highlighter, blush, cheek contour, eyeshadow or even lip color.
  • Does not contain any fragrance, oils, emulsifiers, preservatives or additives.

© Bare Escentuals Beauty, Inc.

  • Swirl a very small amount (remember "less is more") of Warmth into the Flawless Application Face Brush, angling the brush into the lid until all the Warmth has been tucked into the bristles.
  • Tap away any excess.  There should be no visible Warmth on the outisde of the brush.
  • Buff the Warmth into the skin where the sun would naturally highlight your face:  your cheeks, forehead, chin and nose.
  • Try using Warmth with lip balm for a natural warm lip tint, or on the lips with lipstick or glosses.
  • "For a quick and very natural look I use Warmth as eyeshadow almost all the time.  I deepen the intensity in the crease and along the lash line instead of liner and add an extra coat of mascara.  It complements the light buff of Warmth I use on my face." - Jeanette B.

This is my every-day, all-purpose, don't-leave-home-without-it product. However, when I first tried it several years ago, I didn't like it at all. I was puzzled by this, because (I think) my skin and hair coloring are very similar to Leslie Blodgett's (as she looks in photos, anyways), and she continually lauds Warmth as one of her favorite products. On her, Warmth is such a perfect color for cheeks, eyes, and all-over highlighting that I really wanted to be able to wear it. I kept working with it, and learned how to use it so it looks natural on my skin. The problem I had was, I'd applied my "normal" amount for blush/brightener, and this stuff is intensely concentrated. Too much (in this case, hardly any) powder on the brush makes Warmth hard to blend, and it can wind up looking like a glob of brown, caked-on mud. I've never seen any other makeup quite like it. Now, I apply so little I can't even see it on my brush, and I blend it right into my foundation. I use only the dust from the cap on the container. Ever since I realized just how very, very little I need to get the color I'd hoped for, I've adored this product. It looks very, very natural on my medium, warm-toned skin. Layering a little more product (and I mean little) can make a fantastic bronzer, or create an evening "candlelit" glow. One jar lasts for years. It's incredibly long-wearing on skin, and it doesn't fade or get shiny. On me, it's really gorgeous as long as I'm careful during application. The point of writing reviews, hopefully, is to help others spend their money wisely, so even though I love Warmth, I believe it's a product you absolutely should try before you buy. Returns are always an option, but they're such a pain in the patootie. FYI - "Warm Radiance" powder is a similar color, but it isn't nearly as intense as Warmth; so if trying first isn't an option, Warm Radiance may be a safer option for a purchase. (I'm not an expert on makeup in any way, so don't necessarily take my word for it. I hate wasting money, and I'm sure you do, too, so I'm just leaving an opinion I hope can help you:)

I got this in a Bare Minerals starter kit and it just was never right with my skin, standing out because it just looked to orange. I tried to use very little and even with very small amounts, it looked unnatural on my skin. I'm fair and have blue eyes and medium brown hair. I recently bought all over face color in rose radiance, which I like much better. I also have trouble with lipsticks looking orange on me so it must be the undertones of my skin or smething.

Bare Escentuals is more expensive than what I would normally spend, but with this product, a little goes a long way - and you really get your money's worth. Some days if I'm running late, I just put the warmth on my face instead of the mineral veil and everything else. It gives me shine control, a hint of color, and it lasts all day.

Comments about bareMinerals All-Over Face Color Powder, Warmth, .06 oz:

You have to be extremely carfeful with application. I received this with my Fair complextion kit and I think the color is a little too intense for someone of my skin tone. I literally only use the powder that has stuck to the lid from the last time I used it. I can't tap out any more or I'll look like I baked my face in the sun.

On the upside I'll probably be using the same container of Warmth from now until the day I die! :)
