I apply this on self-tanned skin, to give my body a natural tan look. What I mean by that is the slight pink-tan that only a suntan can give- to date, I've found no product that creates what this does. I use it on my collarbone, a bit on my chest, my shoulder caps, a little around the hairline going into my forehead, a dab on the nose, cheekbones & top of my ears- anywhere the most sun will naturally hit if you've been out sunbathing. The very slight red cast to this bronzer creates a true-looking tan enhancer with minimal rub-off. My friend's boyfriend thought I'd been out by the pool all day long, and he & my friend both complimented me on my beautiful tan. I have EXTREMELY fair skin & this was purely used on top of self-tanner (St. Tropez brand is my favorite). I do not go out tanning because I want to keep my skin healthy & beautiful. This products allows me look like a sun-worshiper without actually becoming one.
