To dispense product, turn base of tube in a clockwise direction. It may take several clicks upon first use. Use nightly, on cleansed eyelashes and eye brows, just before bedtime. Using the applicator tip, apply a very small amount of gel to the base of the upper lash line. Pat gently with a clean fingertip to distribute evenly along the roots of the lashes and onto the eyelashes themselves.
