This is a long review - but i felt it was important to give a full review as skincare is a scary thing to buy online. I have rosacea and very dry sensitive skin. I needed an oil-free moisturizer ( because of rosacea) that would actually hydrate my skin - not take oil away. This did the trick! The first 2 days I was a little nervous because my skin burned a little and looked a little red and the moisturizer left my skin looking pretty greasy ... But by day 3 my skin was used to this moisturizer and almost 2 weeks later it has actually changed the appearance of my skin! Honestly I was amazed at how well it works. My skin is no longer rough - red - or dry. It actually has made my lines almost disappear ( appearance wise - I don't believe anything but Botox will actually get rid of wrinkles) and my skin feels so soft. I have used moisturizers from $8 - $125 - and my skin has never looked this nice (I am 40). I think it is a little heavy for day ( can be a bit on the shiny side) unless you use face powder. I am going to try another one for the day because I don't like to wear foundation/powder during the day ... But I highly recommend this product if you have dry - mature skin - or if you have rosacea - or if your skin is in desperate need of hydration and skin smoothing. It is worth the price to me to have beautiful skin.

If you have sensitive skin or simply don't care for a greasy feel, this is the perfect cream. I've been using this product and others within Awake for years. I've tried other moisture creams, but always came back. My skin always feels great afer use. The only downside is the price - a bit pricey for the small jar -.

I find this product alittle on the greasy side. You can feel the product for awhile after applying. It moisturizes and makes your skin feel great. Just if it was not so greasy.

This is simply the best moisturizer that I have tried. With my ultra-sensitive skin, I thoroughly research all products before I try them. I've used Direct Nutrition in the past and had wonderful results with it. My skin looks and feels more supple and smooth. I don't feel tight, especially around the cheeks. I also use it as an eye cream so I don't need to purchase a separate one. When my skin gets really dry, I use Awake's Hydro-Force Oil Free Treatment as a serum, in addition to Direct Nutrition. I stopped using the Direct Nutrition at one point because it does cost a lot but found myself coming back to it after trying many other moisturizers. It even works better than more expensive creams that I have tried in the past (such as Dr. Jessica Wu's Dew Cream). My skin just did not look or feel as dewy and supple as it does with Direct Nutrition. I highly recommend it for anybody who has dry, sensitive skin, or even just normal skin.

I love this lotion. I have very sensitive, combination, over-50 skin; and even most "sensitive skin" products make my skin blotchy and feel tight. This is one of two lotions I have found that work great on me. A little goes a long way. Though I'd like to see a lower price for it; it's still worth it.

I'm a big fan of Awake products but I wasn't very impressed with this. I only use it around my eyes and mouth and it takes a while to sink it. Leaves me feeling a bit greasy. I can only use it at night before bed. Definitely not under makeup. I agree that it's a good moisturizer and certainly better than a lot of what's out there, but I think it's too expensive overall.

Better than the vast majority of moisturizers. Provides tons of hydration with just a little bit of product. Spreads very easily over skin and feels very luxe. Great texture, and will make your skin glow. I cannot wear it every day in summer though, my skin isn't super dry enough for that.

This moisturizer is great!!! I have combo to dry skin and it was wonderful on me. Made my skin soft, moist -- and the amazing thing; after only using it for 3 days, I could already notice a difference in my skin's firmness and it looks lifted, which is exceptional to see the effects in such a short time for a product. Highly recommend it, especially for dry skin.
