I've used this product for only a week and I've noticed a dramatic difference. Immediately after you put this on, your skin feels taut, but not tight; firmer but not stiff. It doesn't sting or burn like some treatments would. I use just one pump and it gives me the right amount of product to cover my face. I know it says that it is for "PM" but I have used it in the morning as well instead of my regular moisturizer because it is lighter and less greasy then a moisturizer, but still hydrates my skin well. In just a few days, it has greatly improved the clarity, tone, texture and over all complexion of my skin. My pores are smaller, my skin is more even and smooth. Any clogged pores or mild acne from sweat/hormones have virtually disappeared. My only complaint is the smell. It isn't pleasent at all. I would describe it as funky and musky almost. It takes a good hour for the smell to go away. Overall, well worth the money and I'm going to buy this product again.

Definitely overrated. I have supersensitive skin and I was excited about the reviews. First off, the explanation of how to use the products is not there. I had to call the head office to understand what order the moisturizer and the serum and the am/pm creams had to be used. They weren't very friendly. Second, the bottles are awkard. Because its mostly fluid and not creamish when you pump you get the product all over your hand and it goes to waste. Also yes, the skin absorbs it faster but it leaves a dry feeling that won't go away with the amount you use. It caused major irritation and break-out on my face. For the price I paid, this is absolutely horrible. I switched to Boscia instead which already made a difference in a few days. I'm going to copy paste this for all the Arcona products that I've used. Don't waste your money

I am so disappointed about this product, especially as all the other reviews are so great. Maybe my skin is just too sensitive, even for the ´gentle´ variant, as every time I use it my skin starts to flake, feel inflamed and it breaks out in small red bumps, which aren´t spots like acne, but itch horribly. The only thing I can do to restore my skin is soak it in olive oil every morning and evening, then after a week my skin turns back to normal. This has happened every time I use it, unless I use the tiniest amount in combination with a face cream, but then nothing really happens. Well, think twice if you have a sensitive skin before you use it, all-natural products can be aggresive as well (think nettle, you don't want that on your face either and come to think of it, this is exactly how it felt...)

I just started to use this product. I will continue each evening, using also the eye serum. I can't tell yet if I see improvement, but the texture is in between a lotion and a serum. I haven't followed with any other night cream, so I will see how I feel at the end of 30 days. Since I am 75, I can't tell yet how much the red areas will improve.

This product renews my skin while I sleep, and leaves it soft and glowing when I wake up. Using the Arcona products for sensitive skin, I have seen a dramatically noticeable decrease in the redness and dryness of my skin. My sensitive combination skin used to be inflamed and incredibly oily in some areas and dry and flaky in other areas such as my forehead, chin, and the sides of my nose. After using this line for several months, I have noticed that it has helped balance my skin tone to leave it soft, beautiful, and hydrated.

I love the product, However, the pump is not always effective. Sometimes I have to turn the bottle up side down before I can get anything out of the bottle and then a great big splash, really more than I need at one time whichcreates waste as far as I am concerned. I wish they would do something about their pumps as I find the problem is the same with all their products, especially the thicker ones like thick and firm. Inspite of the aggravation, I still love what comes out of the bottle.

I just started using this and I like it so far. I have sensitive skin and it does not irritate at all. After using this product (which I do about 2 - 3 times a week) my skin feels very soft. Not sure if it is doing much for pore size but it does make my skin look bright and sort of polished, like I just had a facial. It provides some hydration, which is good since my skin has been so dry recently. I would definitely recommend it.

After reading the other reviews I had to try this and I agree with everyone else - this stuff really reduces your pores overnight and evens your skin so you wake up with nice smooth younger looking skin. I love it!

I have been using Arcona's Gentle Solution 2-3 times a week for about 6 months and really love it. It's a very liquid lotion that you apply at night & it gently exfoliates my skin, making it smoother & more radiant. It doesn't irritate my acne-prone, reactive skin, and best of all it's free of chemicals, which I really like. A definite repurchase!

I am always hesitant t try new products, since my skin revolts but is in dire need of help. I have been to dermatoligists, plastic surgeons and facialists with little help. I have spent a large fortune on skin products that do nothing but ravage my skin. This product is gentle but seems to slowly shed the dull top skin. I am very happy with the way my skin looks, even my husband noticed. I ordered the white tea wash and it is great!
